About the laboratory

Our Lab.

Meet our team

Welcome to the Neural Systems Engineering Lab (NSELab) at the Center for Frontier Medical Engineering, Chiba University.

Our work investigates how electric and magnetic stimulation can activate, monitor, and modulate the nervous system. By integrating neurophysiology with numerical simulations, we seek a deeper understanding of neural responses to external stimuli.

Our goal is to translate these insights into neurotechnologies with greater precision, reliability, and safety.
