The Neural System Engineering lab was just established in October 2022.
We use neural stimulation to decode and shape neural activity in ways that allow us to improve our understanding of bioelectrical signals and act on them for medical applications.

・We are now accepting graduate students (Master and Doctoral courses) in the areas of electrical, computer science, neuroscience, physical therapy, mechanical engineering and related.

・Besides JSPS fellow, you can opt for a  Research Fellow for informatics-based Medical Engineering at Chiba University
・Also, you can join the laboratory in the research student program as a preliminary step for graduate courses admission or research experience.
