Pharmaceuticals are goods of exceptional societal importance whose safety and quality directly affect public health and life. The drug-regulatory domain currently faces pronounced challenges - weak recall mechanisms, pervasive false advertising, and inflated prices - rooted in information asymmetry and opacity that erode regulatory effectiveness. This study proposes an internet-based regulatory system composed of mutually independent yet interconnected dynamic databases with real-time updates, enabling public disclosure and transparency of drug-related information. The system is intended to preclude the dissemination of false drug information, safeguard the public’s vital interests, and preserve sound order in the pharmaceutical industry.
